Meal Cooler (DTDC) | Super Techno Engineers
ADVANCED EXTRACTION TECHNOLOGY

Meal Cooler (DTDC)

Super Techno Engineers builds the DTDC Meal Cooler stage that keeps your Desolventizer Toaster Dryer Cooler line running at full efficiency, cooling hot meal fast so it moves straight to storage and dispatch.

DTDC Meal Cooler
Technology

As part of the Desolventizer Toaster Dryer Cooler (DTDC) assembly, the cooling deck is where hot, dried meal gets its final temperature drop before leaving the process line. Super Techno Engineers, a specialized Meal Cooler Manufacturer, designs this stage to work in sync with the desolventizing, toasting, and drying decks above it, so meal exits the DTDC ready for bagging, not still carrying process heat.

Combined DTDC Cooler Design

Our Combined DTDC Cooler integrates cooling directly into the same vertical shell as the desolventizing, toasting, and drying sections. One structure, one drive system, one continuous flow, less floor space used, fewer transfer points where meal quality can slip.

Air Cooled Meal Cooler

No chillers, no refrigerant lines, just steady ambient airflow doing the work. Every DTDC cooling deck we build runs as an Air Cooled Meal Cooler, keeping energy costs down while still bringing meal to a safe, stable storage temperature.

Meal Drying and Cooling Unit

Where a plant needs drying and cooling handled together rather than in separate machines, our Meal Drying and Cooling Unit configuration combines both functions in one compact assembly, less handling, less heat loss between stages.

Built for Solvent Extraction and Oilseed Plants

local_florist Meal Cooler for Solvent Extraction Plant

As a dedicated Meal Cooler for Solvent Extraction Plant builder, Super Techno Engineers knows exactly what that meal is carrying by the time it reaches the cooling deck. Meal coming off a solvent extraction line carries both heat and residual moisture that has to be managed before storage. Batch after batch, the cooling deck on our DTDC units is sized to strip that heat out reliably, so nothing reaches the bagging line still warm.

eco Meal Cooler for Oilseed Processing

Soybean, sunflower, rapeseed, cottonseed, every oilseed meal behaves differently once it leaves the toaster. Our Meal Cooler for Oilseed Processing units are tuned to handle that variation without losing cooling performance.

Looking for a reliable Meal Cooler Manufacturer in India? Super Techno Engineers handles design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning for DTDC systems across the country, backed by ongoing service support.

Material Excellence

Built to Run 24/7 in Demanding Plant Conditions

Super Techno Engineers' DTDC cooling decks are fabricated from heavy-gauge mild steel or stainless steel, reinforced to handle continuous, round-the-clock throughput. Internal moving components are built from wear-resistant material, engineered to withstand the constant heat and load of hot meal without failure.

Every unit includes easy-access inspection doors and a self-cleaning discharge system, so maintenance takes minutes rather than a full shutdown. We also stock a full range of Meal Cooler Spare Parts, screens, discharge components, drive parts, so your DTDC stays running without long downtime waits.

Operational Capabilities

Proven Cooling Performance

3-5°C Above Ambient

Meal cooled consistently to near room temperature before discharge.

1500+ TPD Capacity

DTDC capacities that scale from mid-size to large solvent extraction plants.

100% Uniform Discharge

Automatic level control keeps meal flowing steady out of the cooling deck, no jams, no overload.

Advanced Mechanics

Engineered Features

Multi-point air inlets spread cooling air evenly across the meal bed inside the cooling deck, so every layer drops to temperature at the same rate.

Sensors track meal level and discharge temperature continuously, adjusting airflow automatically so the cooling stage never lags behind the drying deck above it.

A rugged rotary or gate discharge keeps cooled meal moving out steadily from the DTDC, no jams, no backup into the drying zone.

Controlled, gentle airflow through the cooling deck cuts down on meal breakage and dust carryover, keeping product loss and cleanup to a minimum.

Screens inside the air distribution system clean themselves during operation, so fine meal particles never choke the airflow.

The entire DTDC, desolventizing, toasting, drying, and cooling, runs off one integrated control panel, so the cooling deck stays perfectly synced with the rest of the process.

Implementation Protocol

How We Work

Super Techno Engineers' team designs every DTDC Meal Cooler stage around your plant's actual desolventizing and drying output, not a generic spec sheet.

science
01
Phase 01

Feed Analysis

First, we look at what's actually coming off your drying deck: meal type, temperature, moisture, and daily plant capacity. That data sets the size and build of the cooling stage.

Phase 02

Airflow & Integration Design

From there, our engineers size the air volume needed to keep the cooling deck running at the same pace as the desolventizing, toasting, and drying stages above it, no lag, no bottleneck at discharge.

Phase 03

Fabrication & Testing

Once the design is locked, the cooling deck goes through fabrication, assembly, and a full test run, checking discharge flow and air spread, before it ships out for integration into your plant.

"Our old cooling deck couldn't keep up with the rest of the DTDC, meal was still warm going into storage. Since Super Techno Engineers upgraded our cooling stage, everything runs in sync and our meal comes out consistently cool and free-flowing."
