Bran Cleaning

Rice bran collected from mills is passed through a rotary or vibro sieve to remove husk particles and threads, then through a magnetic separator to remove iron contamination before processing.

Conditioning

The cleaned bran is fed into a conditioner where it is agitated with live steam, raising the temperature to around 70°C and increasing moisture to 10-11%, the ideal range for pelletizing.

Pelletizing

The conditioned bran passes through our rice bran pelletizing plant, converting the powdery material into dense, porous pellets suited for efficient solvent penetration.

Pellet Cooling

Pellets discharged at 80-90°C are cooled to around 55°C before being transferred to the extraction section, ensuring optimal extraction temperature.
