Plate/Regenerative Heat Exchanger
High-capacity continuous solvent extraction systems engineered to maximize oil yield and minimize solvent loss in edible oil plants.
Crystallization Equipment
(Dewaxing Equipment)
De-Waxing is the process to cool the oil at temperature, at which wax converts in solid form (actually in slurry form) but oil remains in liquid form as it is. For this oil is cooled slowly and step by step, with cold water and then chilled water. The bleached oil from BOT is pumped continuously with stream of flow to the series of crystallizers, where oil is cooled slowly and steadily in counter current manner, so as to crystallized the wax for the purpose of easy filtration after this oil is carried to the maturater. Which is again in series to the crystallizers, here oil will maturate in terms of temperature it will be increased or decreased as per requirement to assure the crystal formation of wax. Finally this oil is filtered by the Horizontal Pp/CI Filter presses/Horizontal pressure leaf filter.
Deep Bed Extraction
The key to a high-yield extraction is maintaining the perfect bed height of the prepared seed/cake. Our extractors feature an adjustable speed drive that allows operators to tune the residence time precisely based on the material's porosity.
High-volume miscella circulation pumps spray the solvent evenly over the bed, ensuring thorough penetration without flooding the compartments.

Heavy-Duty Structural Integrity
Continuous extractors handle massive loads of saturated meal. The main casing and hoppers are fabricated from heavy-gauge mild steel or stainless steel, braced with structural ribs to eliminate flexing or vibration.
The internal chain and sprocket mechanism is forged from high-tensile alloy steel, engineered to pull the heavy bed of material smoothly 24/7 without snapping or stretching.
Operational Capabilities
Proven Extraction Efficiency
Extracts maximum oil, leaving less than 1% residual oil in the discharged meal.
Built for massive scale continuous processing in global oil seed plants.
Negative pressure design ensures completely leak-free hexane processing.
Technical Specifications
Engineered Features
The extraction bed is supported by highly durable, self-cleaning stainless steel wedge wire screens, preventing blinding and ensuring flawless miscella percolation.
The main chain drive is controlled by an advanced VFD, allowing operators to instantly adjust the bed speed and residence time depending on the raw material being processed.
Equipped with a series of high-capacity centrifugal pumps that continuously recirculate the miscella over the seed bed, ensuring maximum solvent saturation and washing.
The feed hopper is equipped with smart level sensors that automatically control the rotary valve, maintaining a perfect vapor seal and consistent material input.
Forged alloy steel chains and precision-machined sprockets ensure the internal band moves massive tonnage flawlessly without stretching, breaking, or jamming.
Multiple ATEX-certified illuminated sight glasses are strategically placed along the casing, allowing operators to safely monitor the extraction sprays and bed movement.

Implementation Protocol
How We Work
Our engineering teams design every extractor to match your specific seed prep capacity, ensuring perfect percolation and maximum oil recovery.
Feed Analysis
We evaluate the porosity, flaking thickness, and oil content of your prepared seed cake to determine the precise length and bed depth required for the extractor.
Flow & Residence Design
Our engineers calculate the optimum solvent-to-meal ratio, designing the multi-stage spray zones to guarantee optimal counter-current washing without flooding.
Fabrication & Hydro-Testing
The casing is welded, thoroughly leak-tested, and assembled with the heavy-duty drive chain. Once cleared, it is shipped and integrated into your extraction plant.
Case Studies & Endorsements
Industry Testimonials
"Before installing this continuous extractor, we were struggling with high residual oil and constant chain stretching issues. Upgrading to this system solved both immediately. Our residual oil dropped to consistently below 1%, and the heavy-duty drive hasn't required adjustment in 18 months."

Frequently Asked Questions
The extractor is highly versatile. Assuming proper seed preparation (flaking/expanding), it can process Soybean, Sunflower, Rapeseed/Canola, Cottonseed, Groundnut, and Rice Bran.
It's a process where the fresh, pure solvent enters at the discharge end (where the meal has the least oil), and flows backward against the material flow. This guarantees maximum oil extraction efficiency.
The entire main casing is heavily welded and pressure-tested. Additionally, the system operates under a slight negative pressure, meaning if a seal were ever compromised, air gets pulled in, rather than hexane leaking out.
We manufacture custom extractors ranging from 50 Tons Per Day (TPD) for boutique or specialized operations, all the way up to massive 1500+ TPD continuous plants.
The main drive motor is connected to a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). This allows the operator to instantly speed up or slow down the internal band, perfectly tuning the residence (extraction) time.
We use heavy-duty stainless steel wedge wire screens. Their unique V-shaped profile makes them self-cleaning, preventing fine meal particles from blinding the screen and halting percolation.
