All joints undergo 100% Argon TIG welding and are hydro-tested at extreme pressures to ensure absolute structural integrity under thermal stress.

In refinery deodorizers and bleachers, achieving the right temperature quickly is critical. Our internal coils and exterior limpet coils are pitched precisely to maintain a high-velocity flow of the heating medium.

Zero-Defect Argon Welding
A single pinhole leak inside an oil deodorizer can cause catastrophic oxidation and product loss. We mitigate this risk by utilizing certified TIG (Argon) welding for every single coil joint.
All coils are subjected to Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) and severe hydrostatic pressure testing (up to 30 Bar or higher based on specs) before they are cleared for installation inside a vessel.
